Kelly Harris Martin

General Manager

After purchasing her first business at the age of 20, Kelly has always enjoyed the challenges and rewards of being an entrepreneur. After obtaining her BA from Simon Fraser University, she relocated to Alberta in 2004. Since then, she has pursued her passion for training and economic development, through the University of Waterloo and SAIT. She looks forward to pursuing her Masters degree in the near future. In addition to her duties as General Manger, she is actively involved in many projects throughout the region, and delivers a wide variety of our workshops and seminars.

Ron Rogers

Senior Business Analyst

Ron is our Senior Business Analyst here at the office.  He brings an extensive skill set with over 15 years in Community Futures as an Analyst.  Prior to that he spent many years in sales, developing negotiation and pricing strategies.  With his training and experience he looks forward to matching our programs with your business needs as well as providing general business advice.  Please feel free to reach out to Ron with any specific or general questions you may have.

Amanda Robinson

Marketing and Communications Analyst / Lemonade Day Northern Alberta City Director

Amanda is our Marketing and Communications Analyst and the owner of Tree of Life Marketing and Communications.  She has been with Community Futures since 2013.  She also acts as the City Director for our Lemonade Day Program.  Amanda helps small business owners with a wide range of marketing topics.  She specializes in digital marketing, website design  and social media management.

Jayme Baxter

Youth in Business Coordinator

Jayme is a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Masters of Social Work Certificate in Advanced Clinical Social Work Practice from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Social Work from The University of Victoria. Jayme instructs our mental health in the workplace courses as well as acts as our facilitator for Lemonade Day, Head Start in Business, BizKids and the Entrepreneurs with Disabilities program (EDP).

Brandy Hardy

Digital Service Squad / Jr. Marketing & Business Analyst

Brandy is the provider of our  Digital Service Squad program which is part of The Digital Economy Program  funded by the Government of Alberta. Through the DSS program Brandy provides one-on-one assistance focused on helping local businesses create a dynamic online presence.  

In addition, Brandy is our Jr. Marketing and Business Analyst and is available to help with both business and marketing coaching.
